Shipping:

We ship from the USA during our normal hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm (EST) from our shop in Michigan. Most orders received by 11:00am (EST) ship same day or next day at the very latest. Orders shipped First Class expect a 3-7 day delivery. Weights over 1 pound require Priority Mailing with a 2-3 day delivery. USPS does not guarantee delivery times.  We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you need an expedited shipping method and using our Etsy shop, please use our website www.blingbya.com where you will find additional expedited and ground shipping options. USPS offers limited tracking services for International Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Occasionally packages can be delayed in customs.

We are not responsible for any extra time your order may be delayed in customs. You are solely responsible for any duty charges and we do not undervalue shipment on customs forms. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. Again, if you need expedited shipping to Canada, you should use our website www.blingbya.com for better options such as UPS or DHL that Etsy doesn’t currently offer.
