Returns & exchanges
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com before returning. You can also email us a picture of the item to speed up the return process.
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, return the product in its original packaging and original condition within 14 days of your order. We will provide a full refund. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
We Do Not Accept returns or exchanges on sale items or cut chain. (Cut chain includes all chain sold by the foot)
Your payment will be refunded once we receive your return. You may choose to purchase insurance or proof of delivery at your expense. Please remember that we will only refund items returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Occasionally our inventory doesn’t match our website. If an item is not available at the time that you place your order, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment.
